Eventfully Yours NJ will take over from here and help you with any planning that needs to be done as well as event design! - PRE-EVENT CONSULTATION - BUDGET MANAGEMENT - VENDOR RECOMMADATIONS FROM MY PREFERRED VENDOR LIST - COMMUNICATION & PAYMENT MANAGEMENT: o There will be a structured payment plan that will be communicated. - DESIGN AN INSPIRATION BOARD: o VIA PINTEREST, TEXT THREAD, HONEYBOOK, OR IG – We will work together to gather inspiration and make sure your vision is achieved. - COMMUNICATE WITH VENDORS/SERVICE PROVIDERS: o With reasonable notification of meetings, I will attend all meetings with vendors. I will communicate with all vendors throughout the planning process and immediately following the event. - TIMELINE AND LAYOUT ASSISTANCE: o Event day timeline to be communicated with vendors as we discuss. Design and layout of event setup as we discuss. - ADDITIONAL ON-SITE ASSISTANT(S) DURING SETUP IF NEEDED - ACCESS TO MY IN HOUSE INVENTORY IF AVAILABLE
